You can place an order of any amount on FreshXpress. There is no minimum order value. However Below order of 99/-, a small delivery fee will be charged.
We are offering Free Delivery on every order of worth 99/- and above. Means you only pay for the product, no delivery charges . But If the order amount is below 99/-, then you have to pay a small delivery fee between Rs30/- to 40/- depending upon your location.
We are the fastest online grocery delivery service. You just place order and relax, we will deliver your order within 90mins.
We are open from 8am to 8pm. In this time, you can get 90mins delivery. After this you can schedule your order as per available time slots.
Yes, you can add multiple addresses to your account. While placing order, just choose an address from your saved address book.
No, We are purely internet based company and do not have any Physical/offline stores in any location.

Yes, it is. All transactions on FreshXpress are completed via secure payment gateways that are PCI DSS complaint. We do not store your card details at any point.
Simply add cash to your FreshXpress wallet using any of the available online payment methods. Once its done, you can use your FreshXpress wallet amount to place order as it is fastest payment checkout option.
Please note that FreshXpress wallet amount cannot be transferred to your bank account as per RBI guidelines.

Yes, You can. Once You select COD, You have 3 options to pay to Our delivery executive while receiving order-
- You can Scan the QR code to pay through UPI apps [or]
- You can Swipe the Debit/Credit card through POS machine [or]
- You can give Cash
Please Note that, if you want to pay by Cash, then please give the executive the exact amount or the next rounded off amount. The executive will not be able to return any change. Any balance due will be credited directly to your FreshXpress wallet which you can utilize in your next order.
All our products prices are inclusive of GST taxes. There are no charges to be paid separately.
Don’t worry, the amount deducted will be automatically refunded to you. Your money is safe and it will reflect in your account in 3-5 working days.

Yes. Once our delivery executive picked up the order, you can track the live route status of your order.
Yes, You will get a physical copy of bill with your order. Also you will get a soft copy of the bill on your mail and Order section on our app.
Yes .Once you place an order, You are allowed to cancel it until the order is in “Processing” mode or till 15minutes from placing order.
Once the order is “Ready” mode, you cannot cancel it.
Yes, You can return any item to our Delivery Executive on the time of delivery.

Please Note that, once the products are delivered and our delivery executive left the place We cannot take any return. So, please kindly check all the products and Bill in the presence of Our delivery executive for more clarification in your next order.
