Order Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy of  FreshXpress

This policy about orders returns, amount refunds and order cancellation shall be read in consonance with the Site’s Conditions and the Privacy Policy of Freshxpress (Freshxpress is a subsidiary of Agrofie Global, Bhubaneswar).

Orders and Delivery:

You require registering and login with Fresh Xpress Android Mobile App to place an order. You must maintain your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from Fresh Xpress. Once order placed, it will be delivered to the address specified by you during the checkout process and to only Fresh Xpress serviceable area within Bhubaneswar city. We do not accept the orders placed by the users to deliver the order in non – serviceable area shipping addresses. Please check our serviceable area list in our website or mobile app.

In the case of any natural calamities or unlikely event we are unable to deliver your order. In that case we will refund only your full paid amount and you will not be charged for any amount deduction. Also, we will not be responsible to pay any other claim raised by you due to non-delivery and delay in delivery.

In the event a non-delivery occurs on account of (i) an error in the delivery address provided by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other incorrect information); or (ii) if no person is present at the delivery address to collect the order, any extra cost incurred by Fresh Xpress for re-delivery shall be borne solely by you.

Please check and verify Delivery Partner’s ID card issued by us. You may also call us to verify the delivery partner’s identity if you want. Please do not pay any other amount or charges at the time of delivery if demanded by the delivery person above invoice amount. Invoice amount will be included delivery charges if any. However you may pay any tip to the delivery partners as per your wish. You are requested to report such over demanding instances to our customer care by call @ 7077794888, or by email to

 Cost and Pricing:

All the products listed on the Site are sold at their maximum retail price unless or otherwise specified. The prices which mentioned at the time of ordering will be same prices charged on the day of the delivery except in some cases like a long period of delivery request in cash or card payment at the time of delivery and the reputation of customer is not good in payment terms. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis, prices of some commodities and fresh products do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery, the price will be appropriately adjusted on the date of delivery the adjusted value will be invoiced to you. Please note that additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.Be assured about our fair policy of pricing, you will get very competitive price by us.

Order Cancellation by the Customer:

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time applicable to an order by calling our customer service @ +91-7077794888. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.

Notwithstanding the cut-off time, if Fresh Xpress suspects any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the Conditions for use of the Site, Doorstep Mart shall have the right at its sole discretion to refuse to accept such orders or cancel such orders. Fresh Xpress shall maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Return & Refund: 

We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and the amount will be credited to your account within seven working days.

The following returns policy applies to items purchased on Fresh Xpress.

For Food items:

We accept the return, exchange and refund request for food items only at the time of delivery in case the delivered product is damaged, defective or not expected as per products described and listed on ordering app. Products expected to be checked by the customer at the time of delivery only, so once these items delivered to customer there is no return, replacement and refund request will be accepted.

For Non-Food items:

For non-food items we accept the return, exchange and refund request at the time of delivery in case the delivered product is damaged, defective or not expected as per products described and listed on site. Even after delivery we accept return, replacement and refund request for next two (02) days only. Products expected to be checked by the customer at the time of delivery.

Please note that the product(s) should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be in original packaging along with all parts and freebies and a copy of original invoice. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.

If any or all products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned, then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
